After you read the little intorduction let's get into details. I'm just gonna jump into the list of the anti-virus software. Here are the anti virus programs that Microsoft listed on their website as partner security software providers:

Like Microsoft says these providers has Windows 7 compatible antivirus programs. But these are not the all. There are other anti virus programs compatible with Windows 7 Beta.

AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition

AVG Anti-Virus works on Windows 7 very well. Doesn't seem to have any compatability issues. It will be a good choice if you do not want to pay for anti virus software.

Avira AntiVir Personal Edition

Another anti virus option for free. And this program seems to be perfectly compatible with Windows 7 Beta.

Avast! AntiVirus

Here's another succesful anti virus software: Avast! AntiVirus. Avast! doesn't have any problems with working on Windows 7 Beta.

Norton AntiVirus 2009

Norton is may be the most widely known security software provider in the world.Their antivirus program Norton AntiVirus 2009 works fine on Windows 7 Beta.

Kapersky Anti-Virus 2009

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 is another security software compatible with Windows 7 Beta.
